Dedicated Android Video Chat

Will google ever create a dedicated video chat app for all android phones (like how apple has Facetime)?? I mean Qik is out there but i heard its not that good and the Skype application doesn't offer video chat as of now (at least that i know of).

Something. ANYTHING!! Qik, Tango and Fring just don't cut it. They are worthless. All I hear is good things about Facetime. I am personally shamed that Apple actually does something better than Android. Oh the humanity...

Yea. But wifi only.

I don't have any use for video chat.

The only time I see mobile video chat being good would be with a bluetooth watch with amoled screen.
