Whenever I click a link I get asked ‘complete action using’ and it has chrome highlighted and Firefox is another choice. I’ll sekect use always but never remembers my choice so the next time I’m asked again. Is there something I’m missing, someplace else to sekect, or is it a bug?

Go into Settings, Apps, and then click the top right corner menu and choose Configure apps.

There's an option to choose your default browser app.

Hopefully that helps!

Thanks, that did it. I was looking for that but didn’t find it. One of my other devices has it as a separate item under setup. The odd thing is usually when you select use always on that pop up it should make it your default browser. I guess that’s a bug. Thanks for your help.

You're welcome! :)

My guess is that selecting 'use always' didn't switch the 'master' control for default settings in the Android system itself.

On my PC, I've had it happen before and when it did / does, it takes actually changing the system's settings to override.
