Okay so I inherited a Droid Bionic from my girlfriend a year ago when she got her iPhone. She had a LOT of pictures backed up and when I reset the phone to factory settings, those pictures synced back onto the phone because they were on the SD card. I guess back then I must have set all pictures to go to internal storage. And I never worried about finding the location of the photos folder because if I wanted a picture off of it, I would just email it to myself.

Now recently I had been having problems with the phone and called Verizon and talked with a tech person who had me reset it to factory settings again but before that, back up the internal storage onto my computer and remove the SD card. After I reset it, it seemed fine. I hadn't uploaded the backed up data yet but conitinuted using the phone and took another picture and this time made the directory on the SD card. Meaning all my girlfriend's old pictures are still on there and that one picture I took, but not all the pics I took over the last year.

Also, Verizon sent me a replacement phone and I just got it today. It has Ice Cream Sandwich on it while the last phone had Gingerbread. I would like to know where I can find my photo directory in the backed up data on my computer. Some have said to look in a folder called APPS>My Gallery but I can't find that. It's just not there. Where would my photos have gone if I had set the internal storage for camera pictures?

They are normally in a folder called DCIM. Mine are located in DCIM\Camera on the SD card.
