Default speaker?

How do I set my Droid Razr to default to speaker when a call comes in or I initiate a call?

I don't know if you can do that from the settings, but I'm pretty sure there is an app for that. If nothing else, AutomateIt has a setting that will use the proximity sensor to turn on speaker if it is away from your face.
