Default Starting Point for Bookmarks in Chrome

This has been bugging me for years, so I might as well see if there's a way to make this happen. Is there a way to set a default starting point in Chrome's mobile app when you go to your bookmarks? As it stands right now, when I tap on the 3 dots and then bookmarks, it takes me to whatever bookmark/bookmark folder I last visited. I just want it to show me the starting point for me bookmarks each and every time. Any way to do that?
