I'm not complaining, just wanted to see if this was the norm. I got my wife the Nexus 7 when it launched, and it seems to have worked fine for the most part. The other day I unplugged it from the charger, and the plastic cover towards the end where the mini usb is just slide off, exposing the copper wiring under it. I called Google Support and was told that they no longer stock the chargers (odd considering that you can buy them on the Play store and they obviously make them still), so they'd have to send a new device (I was sure to ask that it is new, and not a refurb). They sent me a link to order the new one, are putting a hold on my account, and will remove the hold when they receive the old one back. Has anyone else experienced this? (the charger coming apart, or a full replacement for a damaged accessory?)
