Defective Samsung 5?

Hello....I purchased a samsung galaxy 5 from cricket online on cyber monday2015.it is defective and I need help figuring out whether to send it to Samsung and have phone fixed or get a replacement refurbished phone from cricket with a 90 day warranty.?please help.....

Hi Lisa and welcome to AC :) what problems are you having with the device? just so we know and we can identify if it's a software or hardware problem.
 
Myself, if you are able to send it to Samsung, I would do that. You can get it checked completely, they can remove the OS and update it so you know there isn't a software issue. They will check it top to bottom.
