I can attest to that. Sometimes the issue is with the company providing the software. In this case google. But at the same time the issues could reside with moto because they will not move away from blur and want google to conform to blur. SAP has similar issues. Companies can customize the software to do what they want but sometimes SAP can't do what they want or has issues in its programming that are beyond the companies ability to modify. Personally I think google and manufacturers are going through similar situations across the board. Hard to point blame unless we knew exactly what the issue is. And I have a feeling that is beyond most if not all of our comprehension in these forums. This concept also applies to the comment of devs vs google/moto devs. Sure they are talented, but they can only use what they have. Garbage in, garbage out. You can tweak, but what was originally written in code has to be acceptable too.
In the end google came out with code that may or may not have been good. Moto then came in and gave it their moto touch. It may have broken some things or it may have improved. Then custom devs came in and tried to optimize what they could. A lot of hard work went into all of it and shouldnt be underappreciated at all. Even blur. I personally dont mind it at all.
