Definitely July! [edit]

Since we know Oxn is a story teller, I would say that he never had The Charge. I would say that he is telling another story. How in the world do you get your phone hacked unless he went to download from some place other then the Market. Try getting one of those senior citizen phones with the big buttons that light up when it rings!!!! :)

I was thinking the ssame thing. If he hhad a smart phone like he says in his current devices how all the sudden do you not like a smart phone as much as you thought? He just wanted more posts after his false story he tried to build hype for.

Lol. I'm still trying to figure out why people believed him in the first place. Didn't he "leak" information that anyone could have easily googled without providing anything new info? Hell, I could have just listed the exact same specs he did off the top of my head.

Sorta like if I were to say that a source just told me the verizon galaxy s2 will be 3g only because of its thinness!!!!!! ;)

LMBO. Back in my late teen years, I used to have Urotsukidoji: Legend of the Overfiend on VHS. Good stuff, ha ha.

Old school epic yes, tentacles on an android os-tan.... NO! That just makes me want to burn my phone lol.

Forget the tablet if you are having these problems - stick with a dumb phone.

Hacked? You really need to try to have this happen. Like download and install completely suspicious crap onto your device - or post your Google email address and password on the Internets.

The Android browser does have tabs.

You don't have to "pinch zoom", you can double tap, or tap and use the magnifier icon.

Swype is awesome - if you take 15 minutes to become proficient with it.

Motorola smartphones have pretty decent battery life.

How about we keep this thread on topic or get it closed since its not getting any more info just people going off on tangents lol. The op has been pretty quiet lately. Hm

I can attest to that. Sometimes the issue is with the company providing the software. In this case google. But at the same time the issues could reside with moto because they will not move away from blur and want google to conform to blur. SAP has similar issues. Companies can customize the software to do what they want but sometimes SAP can't do what they want or has issues in its programming that are beyond the companies ability to modify. Personally I think google and manufacturers are going through similar situations across the board. Hard to point blame unless we knew exactly what the issue is. And I have a feeling that is beyond most if not all of our comprehension in these forums. This concept also applies to the comment of devs vs google/moto devs. Sure they are talented, but they can only use what they have. Garbage in, garbage out. You can tweak, but what was originally written in code has to be acceptable too.

In the end google came out with code that may or may not have been good. Moto then came in and gave it their moto touch. It may have broken some things or it may have improved. Then custom devs came in and tried to optimize what they could. A lot of hard work went into all of it and shouldnt be underappreciated at all. Even blur. I personally dont mind it at all.

The most sensible thing I've read in ages. It's amazing how phone development blame quickly adopts a popular simplified meme and it goes viral in days. The majority of people haven't a clue as to just how complex cell phone development is, and most people on forums that I've seen start reiterating an opinion they've seen somewhere that just sounds smart even if they have no freakin' clue as to what is being described or how valid a concern it might be in normal real-world use or timing.

Witness the hysteria over Webtop that was based on completely inaccurate information and propagated by *certain* members here.

Don't take anything Oxn says seriously. You'll live longer and have to type less. ;) Lately, I sometimes wonder if Oxn isn't a group of people sharing a one user name and password just for the fun of it. I've seen it before.

I've been really busy with best buy mobile and am trying to confirm final specs of the bionic. My rep insists its a "a lightning fast omap dual core 4440", but im not sure i believe her. She swears this is what was in the employees guide, but im pretty sure she meant a 4460.because she stated it was a "power vr gpu @ 384 mhz" . Whatever that means.
