Delay issues

I've. Been using my Note 8 for a couple weeks and I've come across a few latency issues when using Chromecast and Bixby. This applies to in app issues like YouTube to Chromecast and Bixby to send texts or edit contacts. Each time I come across the problem the screen freezes and the only way to fix is to back out force close then open it again. Ive done the whole reatart the phone, optimize the phone. The only thing I feel is left is to clear the cache but don't k ow how to do that on this phone. Before it was to hold down the volume and pwr button but nothing seems to work. Any idea what's causing these issuss.

I am pretty sure you restart and hold the Vol up, Main power button and the Bixby button. Hope it clears it up for ya.
