Delayed audio

[Android Central Question]

I recently acquired s7 edge and I don't know why the music and even video seems to be lagging. The audio sound like it is in a slomo and the videos on youtube and other websites are delayed. I really don't know what to do.. Please help..

Welcome to Android Central! When you acquired it, did you do a factory reset and set it up as your own? Does this persist in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28008
