Delete emails from share file

Hello.

When I click share file (a picture etc) some emails and fb messannger addresses come up with an option to share to them. I don't know these people. Is there away to delete those?

Are those contacts just random people, or are they businesses (or spammy-sounding names)? Have you ever received spam messages from them in FB Messenger?

When I looked again I think they are people who have responded to stuff I have for sale online.
Facebook marketplace, kijiji.

I think those are automatically populated, based on how recent and how frequent the contacts are. As you continue using the device, they'll probably be replaced by other contacts.
