Yep I did probably the stupidest thing in the world. Mistakingly deleted some photos off my phone. Is there any to get the back?

No... once you delete them they're gone. I would suggest you use a cloud storage service such as Box or Dropbox to store your photos.
 
If the image files were saved on the SD card, it may be possible to recover them using recovery software, such as that provided by Sandisk for its cards. You'll need the appropriate recovery software, and will probably need to access the card using your computer for this to work.

Agreed. With dropbox, google+ and facebook doing automatic uploading for free, users should utilize these services. You never know what will happen to your device. One day the phone just may not come and be dead with no way of getting anything off of it. Just a must have. Same thing with music, I backup all my iTunes to Play music. So if my phone craps or my PC crashes, it's somewhere. Cloud storage is a definitely must have for backing up information especially now that we can get a lot of storage for free.

Thing is I had the photos saved on my phone internal memory and I can't seem to get the damn phone out of mtp mode and into a USB mode so that I can use my recovery software on my laptop to find the photos.
