Settings>applications>manage applications> find it and uninstall.

Is there a way to delete the "pre- programmed" apps? I don't want a tons of app icons on my phone nor the pages of app I will never use...

you can freeze apps using 'bloat freezer'. be aware if you freeze a system app, you can bork your phone.

freezing them will essentially hide the app from being used and the icons will not show up. if you ever want to use it again you simply unfreeze it.
