Deleted all SD pictures of our Joe Bonamassa Concert!! SO upset

I do not use cloud storage for personal items because once there they own it, so I disagree with it being a must have.

No one else asked, but what do you mean your system files are being saved to your sdcard?
DCIM is the camera directory, if you have your camera set to save to the sdcard that's where most of the pics will go, but there are exceptions.

You should be able to just take it out and put it in an SD card reader on a PC, then use Recuva to pull off any images. There are plenty of Recuva walkthroughs on the web.

What about your Samsung Cloud account? All my photos are auto synced. You might be able to check.

Do you have a pc (& an SD adapter) you can view the SD card on? I've used an app called Recuva (free IIRC) and another, Easeus Data Recovery Wizard (I paid for the pro version) to recover deleted files from hard drives and SD cards.

I've gotten better results from one or the other at different times.

** Not sure why the app keeps making that long arse link. Should be:

www dot piriform dot com / recuva

I second this. Has helped me several times.
