Deleted some apps... still no storage

Hello

I'm having trouble - I'm trying to clear out space on my Galaxy S6, but the space isn't actually clearing out. I've done a handful of things... from deleting hundreds of MB of videos and pictures from a file explorer, to uninstalling Hearthstone (which I know is over 1gb in size)... and yet my storage menu still shows the same 400mb free that it did before I started these shenanigans.

I've tried restarting the phone after deleting these things, seeing if maybe these files were cached somewhere, but nothing has fixed it. Clearly this data is still somewhere, but I can't get rid of it and I need to.

Have you tried wiping the system cache partition?

Just did that. Still didn't free up space...
