I'm new to this and I would be interested in knowing how to delete some of the numerous apps that are on my phone. I know you can go to the uninstall box, but even doing that, when I open my phone again, there it is. :-\

Go to settings/applications/manage applications. From there scroll down to the application you want to delete, select and uninstall

Same way, but take in account that some bloatware can't be removed. You can also use a file manager for stuff you don't like. Just navigate to were the file is.

If you go to the app drawer hold your finger on the app like you want to make a short cut, once the hike screen shows side the icon I've the garbage cash and his it there, you will get a prompt to uninstall the app

yea ive noticed some apps like the blockbuster one cant be deleted by uninstalling. the uninstall button is greyed out.

If you running Android the process is pretty much the same all around. Setting/ Applications/ Manage Applications/ All. From there just scroll to desire app, select and uninstall
