Deleting Folders

Does anyone know how to prevent folders from being accidentally removed from home screen. Is there a way to lock the folders so that they cannot be removed without permission? Thanks keep it going. Great forum!

I use Apex launcher with it you can lock the screen so icons or widgets don't move

I downloaded Apex launcher but it did away with my desktop view. I wanted to keep it, had all my folders already set the way I Like them. Thanks for the tip I did appreciate the quick feed back!
