Deleting quick texts

I have put some quick texts in. How do I delete them, as I no longer need them?

Long press on the message for options including deleting.

The only way I know how to get to it is to go to SMS application like I'm sending a text, and then hitting menu and "insert quick text". A long press on that message doesn't do anything. Is there another way to get to quick texts?
