Deleting Storage Help

Not sure what I hit but but all of a sudden, I started sending files from my phone to watch. I hit cancel and it looked like it stopped. A little while later, it started again. I now have 3.5 GB of 4GB on my watch. I went to the gear app and went to storage and have almost a Gig of audio. My issue is that the Clean Now is Faded out and if I click on the Audio icon, nothing happens. How do I see what is on the watch and delete it?

Not sure if this is it, but there is an option somewhere in gear manager to sync audio and picture files and let it determine which ones.. Is that on by mistake and it's sending media files to your watch? That also could be why you can't delete specific files since it's got control of the sync.. If you find that and turn it off, do the files all disappear from the watch?

Thank you, I checked those options and still nothing. It appears that you have to delete them from the watch directly.
