dell aero help

i have got a dell aero on 2.1 update 1. i see install blocked whenever i try to install something and there isint even an option in settings for that nor their is usb debugging option.howere there is a adb mode, is there any way i can sideload apps, root, rom update ar install apps to sd.. please help me
