Denied user access so my phone dosn't unlock

Please help,

My phone has shut down and will not operate. Once I turn the phone off, remove the battery for at least 2 minutes, and then power back on, the phone says, "user has been denied superuser access" and powers back off. I can't make calls, text, anything! Phone does not work.

Any ideas?...
