Design App/tool for Note 10.1?

Im looking for an app that will let me draw up a scaled design that I can use with the s-pen. Doesn't necessarily need to be able to do 3 dimension as only 2 dimensions will be need most of the time. Trying to see if I can create scaled designs on the tablet instead of creating them on the computer and then putting on the tablet.

By the way, had this tablet for about 6 months and I love it! So many things that it is able to do that my old Ipad can't. Thanks for all the information I've been able to get from this site!
