Desktop Organiser for Note 5

I've been searching for a desktop based organizer to tidy up my Note 5 "phonetop"

Doing it on the phone is an immensely painstaking process.

No luck with google. Any ideas?

While we are on this, I'm also wondering why is there a need for 2 "screens";

- 1 with all the apps as and when downloaded
- other where you can organize apps into folders, etc

Why not have both in 1 screen??

Thanks all

Hello, welcome to the forums! The best way to organise your desktop could be using a custom launcher. Nova is one of the most popular.

Do you mean an app drawer as well as what's on your screen? I like this because then I can clean up my apps on my screen and have only what I really use. Barcode Scanner has really only been used as a background app. So the apps I don't really use, I just move and delete off my screen. I also rarely use YouTube and I can sort the app drawer A-Z since it's almost at the end of all the apps.

Or do you mean an app drawer with folders? I have one with miscellaneous apps I don't care for or really use, hides them.

I think the basics come in a folder (such as the Google apps) but you can take them out of folders, both in the app drawer as well as on the screen.

For some inspiration check out http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...-note-5-post-pictures-your-home-screen-s.html Check out post 23 and see someone who made the apps smaller using Nova Prime and has one screen.

If you want to make it easier for you, just have one basic screen and use the app drawer for everything else.
