I disabled Google Play Store on my Verizon Galaxy S4. I have since been able to download updates, but Play Store will not open. It flashes open then immediately closes. How can I restore Play Store to working order or download apps without Play Store?

Welcome to Android Central! So you disabled Google Play Store, but can still update apps? Are you rooted or unrooted?
Go to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and make sure it's Enabled. Then Clear Cache and Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
