Developer options > background check > no applications found

[Android Central Question]

Hi, when I factory reset my Samsung galaxy s20 I try to see what apps are running in the background via developer options background check and it always says "no applications found"

Because it's my phone? And it dosnt work the way it should. One example is the battery drains really fast. I'm looking for solutions

Charge your phone to 100 percent then once it gets to 20 percent show us the stats in device care under battery

Welcome to Android Central! Are there other ways the phone isn't working like it should besides battery drain?

It send and receives hidden messages, won't let me change the permissions of bixby voice and multiple settings are unavailable as in I can't select or deselect certain settings

What do you mean by hidden messages? How are you aware of them?

It's in the phones message and call log. It shows multiple dozens of messages are sent and received all in one hit

Is there a number listed for those messages? Have you asked your carrier about them?

Safe mode kinda helps. I have more access but the main problem still persists. It sends and receives to and fro from my contacts

I would still ask your carrier about this.

Do those contacts tell you that they're receiving messages from you?

From what they say the receive no messages from me

Unfortunately that image never shows up. Can you try again? (Or can anyone else on this forum see it?)
