I have a question
Will enabling developer options void the warranty?
I use it to limited the amount of background processes and use gpu rendering for 2d tasks

Welcome to the forums!
Doing that should not void the warranty. Rooting, flashing custom ROMs, and flashing custom recoveries voids the warranty.

I have the galaxy s4, its not rooted, flashed or anything
Just these options I mensioned.
