Developer Options?

So far I'm pretty happy with the tablet, but would like to use external Bluetooth GPS. The receiver pairs ok, but I can't find developer option to allow mock locations. Is that even an option on the tablet? Or do I even need to do that? I was planning to use an app like Bluetooth GPS from the appstore. Thanks in advance!

Settings>About device>tap build number 6 or 7 times.
