Anyway to add screen off for long press home button? Would rather not let it time out and do not want to reach for the side button. There has to be another way. Any ideas?

What about creating a bixby command to turn phone off

Yes that works however would love to have an on screen button to push or home screen long press.

You could use the Assistant menu found under Accessibility, Dexterity and interaction to get a floating always on button. You select the features that you want or turn off all the features except the Lock function. When you have only the lock function, a single tap of the button turns off the screen and locks the phone.
