Device Lose Power When Off

Should a new device lose power while off?

I thought I fully charged it fully. Maybe I didn't?

The battery will discharge very slowly but not enough to completely lose everything. I would suggest charging it completely and testing it again. Could be a bad battery.

It wasn't dead, but like 15% down in a day.

How long does it take to charge with a wire?

Do you charge it overnight?

I charged it last night and the screen showed the 100% battery (brightly) while turned off.

On a side note, how should battery drain? 100%-95% down in the first 20 minutes? About 15%/hour?
