Device Management Issues?

My att s3 keeps "connecting to device management" it does it randomly through the day, and every time I turn it on.

It says it?s up to date when I manually check software, but it keeps connecting for some reason.

It started this about a week ago.

Any ideas?

I don?t think I changed the phone at all, only thing I know is different is they turn on LTE in my area.
