Device not compatible

Purchased the Galaxy Note 9 on Friday. I attempted to play my favorite game and it didn't transfer over. I attempted to download it again from the play store however I'm getting a message that states my device is not compatible with this game. I honestly do not know why. I upgraded from the Galaxy S7 Edge. Please Help!!

I downloaded it to see if I had any issues. It loads just fine on my Note 9. Could it be a carrier setting like in the APN's? I am with T-Mobile.

I'm completely baffled by this. I played it on my s7 edge and my tablet. it's still working on my tablet and worked all the way up to exchanging my old phone while waiting in the Verizon store. Now it doesnt work in the note 9. I thought it was a setting but I dont know what I would be looking at to even attempt that.

UPDATE: I found cookie jam in the Amazon app store. it allowed me to download it and I regained my levels all 3245 of them.

I may have up try that. I guess mine was an older version. The app said there was an update, but then it said my device wasn't compatible. I can still use this old version, but who knows how long that will last.

I would suggest getting in touch with the developer and reporting this issue. It can only be resolved by the game dev. Also you can always just download the app file and install it that way as well.
