Device not seen by other devices

So I keep trying to get my Tab2 to be seen by other devices such as my DVD player or my PS3 it wont be seen with my bluetooth or by the USB does anyone know how I can use these items?

You need to go into your settings and under bluetooth you can make your devise visible by default its not visible.

I did that but it still was not seen....

Some devices are not compatible try it the other way or try diffrent apps
