AC Question
Hello! I'm having an ongoing issue with my devices. I figured it was just my old N7 2013 at first, but now it's happened three times to my brand new Asus Zenpad 3s 10 (owned for 4 days). They will go into "sleep" mode while I'm using them. Here is the order of events:
1) The screen goes off suddenly and will stay off for minutes if I do nothing.
2) I'll press the power button once and then the device will go into sleep mode.
3) Press the power button again and the lock screen comes up.
4) I enter my PW but instead of the tablet starting, the screen will go black again.
5) Press the power button and the device goes into Sleep mode.
6) Press power button again and the lock screen comes up. Enter PW and the cycle continues over and over again.
This process goes on and on until I either restart my tablet or after several minutes the device will come back on.
I actually bought a new tablet (Zenpad) thinking the Nexus 7 was the problem with this issue, but now it's happeneing again.
The problem has happened now in 2 different apps (Moon Reader and the new Star Wars defense game), and when watching videos online in Chrome.
Any information on this issue? Ans thanks for the help upfront!
