Should devoloper options be on my security app said turn off then I did master reset and it was on again

If you don't need the developer options they should be off IMO.

There's hardly anything for a regular user.

I just relized u replied can i ask u why is the setting on on my phone until i shut it even after reset Samsung Galaxy grand prime if u know

The only slightly useful developer option would maybe be that the screen stays on when plugged in. Other than that it's mostly used to debug apps, which standard users don't do

Unless you need to be in there all the time, you can turn it off and it will have really no impact on the rest of the phone. If there's something in there that I you need to get to, you can always turn it back on, takes seconds.

I have found on my LGV10 / macbook Pro that Android file transfer "seems" to be more stable and reliable with developer options open.
