I purchased the S8 and sent in all the paperwork. Have called them and received multiple emails and have had contact with tier 3 support. The last email stated all was well and then I receive an email stating to disregard the last email. [Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the miscommunication. Unfortunately, the last message was sent to you in error. This promotion has ended and we are no longer fulfilling prizes. A second Dex offer has launched and there was some confusion on*our behalf. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I truly hope that you will participate in our future promotions.
