DEX question on the SN20U. (User issue)

Dumb but not so dumb question...

How do I get my phone screen smaller on my pc (Windows 10)? I tried everything and cannot seem to reduce the size.

I was trying to move over my music using it and I touched apparently the wrong button... So, I moved the music over the old fashioned way. Just need info for the next time I try Dex. It was pretty cool to see though ...

When I plug my phone into Dex on the PC it opens in a windowed mode. This would allow me to do other things on my PC at the same time. Does yours not open windowed?

It did. Then not knowing, newbie here, hit something on the keyboard and everything went full screen. No matter what I tried it wouldn't go back into a screen like yours. I know it's a user issue...I gave up yesterday and just moved over my files using the phone as a disk vs Dex... ;-(

A huge THANK YOU. I couldn't figure this out to save my life on the pc last night. I couldn't even do anything on it for seeing the Dex. Thank you so much again. Saved me!

This is what happened...

Ah. Not good. Try that tip and see if that helps. You can also use it to switch between windowed and fullscreen mode in games as well. Allegedly. According to Google...

Thank you again. I'm going to try it again tomorrow. I knew it was a newbie issue. I got so mad last night that I had to walk away from it. Lol. It was cool though but uncool with whatever I did.
