dg27 update question

I'm an android noob so plz bear with me... I have the epic with dg17 and can't figure out how to update to dg27. I've tried updating firmware, profile, prl, and android. Also did a hard reset, to no avail. I would greatly appreciate some help if possible. Thanks all in advance.

There is a thread on how to manually update on the front page of these forums. If you don't have the ability to do the update manually then hang tight, your phone will get it eventually, it just hasn't pushed to your branch of the network.

I am having this problem too. I have had my phone fr two days and no DG27 still stuck on DG17. Any thoughts or a manual download link

Isn't dg17 the prerelease version? No one should still have that version. I would contact sprint myself.

Yeah I am probably gonna go to Radioshack and exchange my phone

I've already exchanged my phone and still no luck. Sprint says just wait. You gotta love their killer customer service.

I just manually updated by flashing the Stock tar for DG27 it was a breeze. Here is a link if you want to do it.
