DI07 - Yay or Nay?

I'm wondering if I should install this update when I get the notice. With the Evo, I regretted EVERY update that I installed. For those that have already updated, is it worth it or do you wish you didn't update?

8pm PST and still no update available in Los Angeles.

I did get some amazing 4G speedtests in Reseda, CA though- 8699kbps down and 1248up 016ms ping- the odd thing? This was to a server almost 600 miles away! (a closer one wasn't available at the time of testing.) Did 4 other tests within 10 minutes at the same location! Wish I lived there. only 1/2 mile away it dropped by 50% speed wise, and 2miles approx away near my home- I get no signal. 4G sucks.

I'm in SF. Got the update around 9pm PST. No big deal. Minor bug fixes I suppose but no real noticeable performance differences. Media Hub overpriced videos. Other than that - really nothing to be excited about until Froyo

I got the OTA update in California at 4AM, but i still didn't have all the required system applications on the phone.

After re-installed the system apps i removed, i manually pushed the Update.zip and am now running the D107 update!

GPS is now EXTREMELY accurate, locks very quickly.

Media hub is a bit expensive, but the quality is AMAZING on the super amoled screen.

Nothing broken that I can see. The main thing I noticed so far, is better 3G download performance, upload remains limited to around 150.

Media Hub, I particularly never cared much for it. But if you do, it there.

I just went ahead and installed it. Haven't noticed any problems but haven't played with the phone much.

i would wait until sprint pushes the update. i installed it and some apps are not showing in the android market

It's a non-event; you won't notice it.

Well, there's one thing you might notice: Not getting 2.2 for another month because Samsung wanted Sprint to focus on testing this update, first.

Just got it finally at 5 p.m. EDT. So far I notice the swype keyboard lost its clicky sound. Screen looks dimmer.

I'll report back if I notice any bugs or performance issues.
