Dial *#62# showing a strange number?

Hi,
I'm using android 9. When I dial *#62# a strange number show up! I dialed ##002# to erase it, a message pop-up tells me it's not possible!!
What does it mean, and what to do?

HTC U11+, Ooredoo. I don't think it's the carrier' voicemail.

Those are for Developers to access certain Menus.

Yes the phone app where you dial is a app , clear the phone app cache then force stop it .

I did this before. Now, I changed my SIM card and placed into my LG K51 phone and I got the same message. I have to call the carrier. Thank you so much.

Kuwait. No it's a different number. I have to visit or call Ooredoo service to check this. Thank you.
