dial pad not working during call samsung galaxy c5
during call i need to press 2 but it is not working

Welcome to Android Central! Does the touchscreen register the touch, but you just don't hear a keypad tone? Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings, and look for an option for DTMF Tones. Make sure that's turned on.

Hi, I have just bought umidigi z2 but my dial pad doesn't work during call. For eg..after making a call..when prompted to press 1 , or 2 etc etc for further service..dial pad doesn't work. Plz help me. Thanks. I have tried factory hard reset.
