Dial Pad Tone

I have dial pad tones turned on. They work only on the first outbound call I make. Then when I make a second call there is no longer any dial pad tone to be heard while the setting is still turned on. The tones return after a reboot only. So they work once and that is it per boot. Anyone else experience this and a possible fix?

No earbuds connected, right? Have you tried clearing the app cache/data for the Phone app?

No ear buds. Just making normal phone calls. After the first dial out the pad tones stop. I am not positive that it happens all the time but when it does the only way to get them back is to reboot. Not a big deal really. I can live without the tones. Maybe this latest update will help?

Make sure to send feedback to Google about it from within the system settings.
