Refused to dial 611. Just sat there. Then tried 911, and it didn't work either. Rebooted, and it worked.

I have this problem too. I try calling out to any number and I don't hear anything. When people try to call me and I accept it, I can't hear them. Restarting the phone makes it work again. Seems to be a major bug to me.
