Why in sony xperia z not show in dialer second number when I use P letter after call but in HTC sensasion show, allways I shoud to write again numbers, what I must to do? IN HTC sensasion android is 4.0.3.

If I understand correctly, you want to enter the first few letters of a contact name and the dialer app show the associated numbers for that contact, i.e. Mobile, home or work.

This should be enabled by default. If not, go through the contact or people app and see if there is an option to display a particular number for a contact. Also, take Golfdriver 's suggestion and try in the forum for that device.

Actually, it sounds like he wants to add a Pause in the phone number itself, and the numbers after the Pause aren't automatically dialog. Is that right?

Yes , I want to add a pause in the phone number, pause work, but after call, in "LOGS" don't show numbers after p, and I allways must to press again numbers.

Why don't you just create a Contact for that number? You can save the phone number with P for pause, then the extension afterwards. Or is that what you've been trying to do without success?

Sony phones might use a different character. Try either an asterisk (*) or a comma (,).

Can you show us how you're entering the phone number with the pause character? Just want to make sure it's being entered correctly in the contact information.
