Dialler problem

Hey guys. Have had the Opis couple of weeks. Apart fr a couple of issues , soso far so good. Was forced to do a hard reset as my phone suddenly stopped connecting to my wifi and nothing I did could rectify it. The wifi issue is fine now, but since then my dialler, every time I try to dial a number, I get this weird little sub menu come up .. A box with "use mobile" and the number I want to call. I have to then select it. I've checked all my defaults, deleted dialler data, even downloaded another diallet and got the same thing.
Not sure how to upload a pic here to show. But I'd appreciate the help

Ever had Google Voice on it? It sounds like part of the "use mobile data or use Google Voice" popup is coming up.

Hi Rukbat, thathanx for your help. Nope, never had Google voice. I've kept the phone pretty much stock. Only used default themes.
ThisThis isis happening after a hard rest.
I've been thru all my settings...
Anyway attached is a pic out what's happening...
