diamond coolpad problems sdcard?

Having trouble with the sd card the cellphone don't let me move from the internal storage to the sd card any apps or pics so the internal storage be empty or with not so much data.

Welcome to Android Central! What are you using to try to move pictures? A file manager app?

Moving apps to SD is dependent on the device and the app. Not all devices have this feature, and for those that do, not all apps can be moved.
