Did 4.2.2 resolve volume warning with headphones? It's gone for me! At least for now.

As of the recent 4.2.2 update, the warning about hazardous volume, and which required an action, is gone for me and my Nexus 7's. Is anyone still having to deal with this hassle, after the update? I haven't seen any mention of a code change, so I'm wondering if my experience will last.

I updated to 4.2.2 yesterday and I still have the warning message. But I dont really have a problem with it, you just have to press ok and its gone, but thats just my opinion
