Did a wipe data! Now how can I update to EMUI 4 + Android 6?

Hi, i just did a wipe data on my Huawei Mate 7. EMUI is now version 3, and when I click Check for Updates it says no updates.

How can I upgrade to EMUI 4 and get the latest Android?

To be honest I don't recall what version they were on before (may have been 4, 5 or 6). However two of my colleagues have the same phone and have EMUI 4 + Android 6, so it must be available.

I non-official see links online for downloading firmware updates etc but they look dodgy. And my colleagues didn't have to do anything special for the udpate, it just prompted them at some point.
