mine was having problems downloading until I used wifi.

my phone app still doesnt appear on the lock screen. When I go into lockscreen settings it is there but when i actually turn my phone screen on then it is just blank where the phone app should be...hmm any suggestions?

You updated and restarted your phone? Not just power off, and power on, but you clicked restart?

Power off will also work but it must be a power off. Not just pressing the power bitton so the screen goes off then back on.
