My experience at RS was good except for the system overload, which they have absolutely no control over. But I left to do some errands and like an hour later they called me saying they got everything ready for me. So went back, got my phone and paid. If it wasn't for the system crashing due to a lot of us buying the phone that morning, I would have been in and out of the store in half an hour. So shame on all of you for getting the Evo at the same time as me!!!! lol.
