Is it only me who finds it annoying that reminders are not a part of the Google calender?
Say I need to create a reminder to pay my credit card bills 6th of every month. In the Google calender, I can only create a "EVENT" to remind me to pay my bills, to which I need to give a "from" time & a "to" time. I do get a notification at the time of the "EVENT" or before it depending on the preference set by me while creating it . If I do not dismiss the notification, the notification vanishes as soon as "to" time is crossed :|.
I do not want the notification to vanish untill I dismiss it. Well, thats how a reminder should work!!
I am aware that there are a number of app in the play store which meet my requirement. But I have always wondered how and why did Google miss out such a basic requirement? OR am i missing something?
